When I first moved to Germany in 2007, I wished I had a clear roadmap - guidance on career opportunities, insights into which paths aligned with my background, and practical advice on how to navigate the job market in a new country. Instead, I had to figure it all out on my own and it took me more time, energy and I have learned from my mistakes. Throughout this journey, I reminded myself to believe in myself and never give up, even when things seemed overwhelming.Through years of trial and error, I invested in further education, reskilled, learned new languages, and slowly built the professional life I had envisioned. But looking back, I now know that the journey could have been faster, smoother, and far less stressful if only I had someone to guide me. That’s why I now want to help others avoid the same struggle.

- Identifying Staffing Needs: Sourcing, identifying, attracting, interviewing, and qualifying candidates for specific roles.
- Developing and Executing Search Strategies: Driving and implementing targeted search strategies to recruit top talent and build a robust pipeline of market-leading professionals.
- Extensive Candidate Engagement: Maintaining regular contact with candidates via phone, email, and in-person meetings, utilising networks, job boards, referrals, advertising, and headhunting to identify potential hires.

- Conduct reference checks and facilitate the selection of qualified professionals for contract positions.
- Engage in cold acquisition and sales activities to build and maintain strong client relationships and advise them in connection with K2 University Salesforce Education Offers.
- Provide tailored consulting to IT professionals and clients on further education, certifications, and the full range of talent solutions offered by K2 Partnering Solutions.
- Promote job opportunities across multiple platforms, including LinkedIn, XING, and Freelance Map, while leveraging CRM tools such as Salesforce to identify suitable candidates.
